Thank you for visiting my website.  Writing is my passion; I love to create memorable stories and characters. 

The Ugly Tree, my most recent release and personal favorite, is a short and sweet novel making a big splash.  It was recently named a finalist for the prestigious Eric Hoffer Award.  It also made the finalist list for the Midwest Book Awards and 2011 Indie Awards.  This has been a fan favorite, and a sequel titled, Cane’s Justice, will follow in the next couple of years.

Fixing Forever Broken, released in 2009, features mystery, drama, and romance and is now available on Kindle!  Midwest Book Review awarded this novel five stars and described it as “An intricate novel of complicated relationships, highly recommended.”  In the spring of 2010 the book received a bronze Independent Publisher Book Award at the BookExpo in New York.

Falling to Him, published in 1996, is a coming-of-age story that delves into family relationships and religion.  The raw honesty of the story appeals to readers and provokes them at the same time.

Currently, I’m working on The Peel and Stick Heart, and am anticipating a 2012 release.
